NB: Even genuine original cartridges, such as the Brother TN-3600XL - TN-3600XXL toner cartridge manufactured by them, may sometimes fail. This is why brand new retail priced cartridges from original retail suppliers include a manufacturers 12 month warranty on purchase. We, though, are unable to transfer a financial comeback on to you, for a second hand toner, should one fail beyond warranty. That is our loss, we suffer and anticipate with our own customers.

Best prices paid are on genuine Brother TN3600 cartridges models (not compatible) in their own clean & undamaged carton packaging — unopened. We will buy back damaged & open-box toners as well, but at reduced lower prices accordingly: if damaged (possibly dropped outside of sealed packaging) or faulty, we suffer 100% loss on possibly needing to refund our customer. There is no comeback on you on failure after a warranty expiration.
