Yes, the Easy Use form allows images to be added, which helps considerably.
Does the form allow a spreadsheet or Excel list to be added? Yes, if you have a larger quantity of surplus unused toner, as a business etc., a spreadsheet can be added.

Do you pay for all unused toner: Do you recycle?


What unused toner cartridges do you pay for? We pay for genuine original unused toner cartridges. However, we do reserve the right to reject stock, e.g. that may be either obsolete or becoming so for older printers etc.

Are there any genuine original toners you don't buy? The industry has been creating a "Just in time" supply with smart printers. HP with their Managed Print Service ands Xerox with Metered Toner. Both may be an issue as other smart printer users would not purchase retail. These services supply direct not via a retailer.

Do you buy back HP Corporate toner cartridges? HP "C" coded toner are supplied in cheaper non-glossy "no frills" plain white cartons, usually to larger organisations. We do buy HP Corporate toner, but since they are supplied in volume they are cheaper initially than equivalent Gloosy boxed retail supplied items, so are also less to buy-back.

What about other unused printer consumables? Along witth unused toner, we also buy back surplus unused drums, imaging units, photconductor units, and other associated printer consumables etc.

Do you take back empty toner cartridges for recycling? No. The UK market fro recycling/re-filling toner is almost over. Due to UK Waste costs, including labour costs, almost all used toner cartridges are returned back to China for either waste processing or recycling. This is a market we are no longer involved in.

Do you buy back non-original makes? No, we do not pay for non-original copies or compatible or replacement cartridges, due to varying rebuild quality. Non original branded cartridges have a significantly greater failure rate.

What about collection, is it free? Yes, we provide a Royal Mail Freepost label for the return of small quantities of unused toner cartridges.

What about collection of larger quantity of unused toner? We provide a courier service for collections outside a set mileage, or collect via our own dedicated collection vehicle if within 150-200 mile radius of SG6 4QL, subject to volume etc.

Yes, Unused toner is referred to as "DISCARD" under the terms of the Environmental Protection Act. Obvioiusly the toner powder contained within a full cartridge should avoid going to landfill and they should not be disposed as general waste,

Toner cartridges are classified as controlled waste : Under (Waste) Duty of Care regulations they must be collected by a licenced waste carrier.

What Environmental Protection documentation do you provide? We provide Duty-of-Care for your compliance under the terms of the Environmental Protection Act. This covers you under the Act on disposing of printer cartridge "DISCARDS" (unused) and helps you conform to Environmental Best Practice, such as ISO14001 etc.

What about Duty-of-Care? Unused printer cartridges are termed "DISCARDS" under the Environment Agency Act 1990. We are registered with the Environment Agency & provide our Waste Licence Registration No.

How long does it take to check a return and to get paid?


The Freepost label provided by email is Royal Mail's 2nd Class Service. This delivery service is @2-3 days. We attempt to check all orders on the day of receiving, and within 3 working days, subject to pressures of volumes received .

How long before you make payment? After checking toner returned, we ask for bank account details to make quick bank transfer payment usually same day if provided before 4pm Mon-Fri (Excluding Bank Holidays).

Can I donate unused toner cartridges for charity instead? Yes, we support the EA Air Ambulance & can accept Genuine Original cartridges with a value, for their donation. If you are a charity, or charity collector for another charity, we can make payment instead to your own charity. Please see Charity-Air Ambulance or your own.

What about security of my Personal Data?


Our Bankers are Barclays Bank who maintains the highest international banking practices required by law. We ask for bank account details in a separate email, once returned toner cartridges have been checked. After payment has been made, we immediately delete your bank details. Bank details are never kept.

What personal info do you ask forr? We ask for very minimal personal information to enable you to be identified as a seller, as displayed clearly in the Easy Use form. This includes; your name, and business name (if applicable as a non-Private, business seller), your Post Code & email address.

Do you share my data with anyone else? No, other than bank details when making payment, we do not share your data with any other 3rd party aside from Feefo (see below) for the purpose of asking for and providing independent feedback reviews.

Do you ask for feedback? We may ask, via our main business site (Inkviro Ltd.) for your feedback of our service for the benefit of others. This is done via the wholly independent & highly regarded Feedback operator, Feefo. Their service requires us to provide them with just customer name & email only for them to submit you a request for feedback. All feedback reviews are completely yours (the customers). We do not insist on membership, so no Login or Password. Sites insisting on membership may ask you for full personal data, including bank account details. Be very wary of this. If personal membership details include you declaring bank account details in an online registration, this personal data may be kept on a server.
